WIC’s got some amazing talent and it was showcased on Thursday evening, April 26, 2018, at the annual Coffee House Soirée!  Students, teachers and staff wowed the audience with some very moving, entertaining and powerful vocal performances! Congratulations to Junior debaters, Amanda Sultan and Alexa Richstone, and Senior debaters, Ryan Stewart and Justin Schwartz, for their outstanding participation at the QSDA Provincial Debating Championships held at LCC February 16-17th. My most cherished aspect of working in a school is seeing the children enter high school at the age of 11, full of potential, wonder, curiosity and enthusiasm and then five years later, have the unbelievable privilege of seeing them walk across the stage at graduation as confident, passionate, driven and mature young women and men who are prepared to tackle the next phase of their development and spread their wings in post-secondary education.
