WIC's Juvenile Girls Flag Football Team Captures Gold on May 31 in G.M.A.A. Finals
WIC’s Juvenile Girls Flag Football team did it again. On May 31, they wrapped up a very strong year and defeated Beaconsfield High School in the G.M.A.A. finals. The score was 20-0. WIC receives outstanding school sportsmanship award on May 11 at G.M.A.A. MVP Banquet
WIC’S Athletics Coordinator and Director of Student services (not seen in this picture) along with MVP recipients attended the G.M.A.A. MVP banquet on Monday May 11, at the Crown plaza. WIC also received the outstanding school sportsmanship award. Congratulations are in order as WIC has received this award two years in a row.
Juvenile Girls Flag Football team heads to GMAA finals on Tuesday May 31
The Juvenile Girls Flag Football team defeated Macdonald High School on Thursday, doctor May 26 in the GMAA semi-finals. The score was 26 – 6! They will play Beaconsfield High School on Tuesday May 31 at 4:30 p.m. on the WIC Field in the Final Championship game.
Halo Road Race - May 19, 2016
The Halo Road Race is the highlight activity of the year for the Greater Montreal Athletics Association (GMAA). They have over 4500 runners taking over Mount Royal each year.
