The shouts, shrill shrieks and laughter were coming from WIC as the Halloween spirit was well underway! Even teachers and staff joined in on the one day a year where dress up is the order of the day. Some funny, scary and very bizarre figures, including ghosts and goblins, witches and spooks, were dodging up and down the hallways!
