It has been a busy month of April at WIC as Secondary 1, 2, 3 and 5 students participated in the QAIS Public Speaking Competition. Students composed and delivered persuasive speeches inspired by the words of famous Canadians. Top speakers at each grade level were selected to represent their respective classes at WIC’s junior and senior in-house competitions. Congratulations to all participants for their hard work and impressive speaking skills. Winners from secondary 2 (Annabelle R.) and 5 (Brandon R.) went on to represent WIC at the QAIS Public Speaking Competition held at Bishop’s College School on April 9th.
