Our junior and senior debate teams had the pleasure of participating in the 2016-17 QSDA Provincial Debate Tournament at Selwyn House School, which started on Friday February 17, 2017 . The students participated in six rounds of vigorous debate over two days and had the opportunity to test their skills against a multitude of teams from both the private and public sector. The students were accompanied by Mr. Stevens and Ms. Hastings who were extremely proud of the students’ performance and excellent sportsmanship. Special recognition goes out to the junior team, who were recognized for finishing 8th overall in the junior team category. Congratulations to all!
