The Halo Road Race is the highlight activity of the year for the Greater Montreal Athletics Association (GMAA). They have over 4500 runners taking over Mount Royal each year.
WIC’s secondary I students trained in gym class to participate in the race and Mme Vien’s running club ran after school twice a week as soon as the snow and ice had disappeared. Check out WIC’s results on http://gmaa.ca/halo.htm
