Students and staff attended the Mindstrong Workshop on November 15, 2016 at West Island College. This was an interactive presentation led by doctors and residents of the Jewish General Hospital Psychiatry Department. The focus was on youth mental health education, sensitization and awareness to help break the stigma associated with mental illness. It was an inspiring, and informative presentation by Dr. Kronick and Dr. Allard. A final personal testimony was also shared by Emmy Zemel.
