Community Service at WIC is an integral part of the student experience. Students learn the importance of giving back to the community by performing service hours in secondary I, II and III. In secondary IV, students embark on a unique tailored program called “Community Outreach”.
Secondary IV students leave campus every Wednesday for one semester in order to help non-profit organizations fufill their missions. Students visit various shelters, schools for special needs, seniors’ residences, and many more organizations. Our students work directly with onsite personnel and those in need. Commitment, responsibility and leadership are but a few of the skills developed with this experiential program.
