Secondary 1 students  took pride in hosting their grandparents or a special family member on April 19, 2017,  at West Island College. Refreshments were served, family pictures were taken, and tours were offered by the students.  A special and memorable time was had by all.

During a special presentation this week, guest speaker Mrs. Rae Gropper (also grandmother of several WIC students and mother of two alumni) shared her family’s personal story and ties to the Holocaust in Poland.

Students and staff attended the Mindstrong Workshop on November 15, 2016 at West Island College.  This was an interactive presentation led by doctors and residents of the Jewish General Hospital Psychiatry Department.
